UL1015 series machine tool wires are used at rated voltage of below 600V. It can be used as connecting cable in electrical and electronic instruments, mechanical equipment, and internal dynamics and signaling devices of household appliances. This type of machine tool wire is heat resistant and it can work in 105 °C environment. Conductor is made of solid or stranded fine bare copper wires or tinned copper wires in the size of 30AWG. Insulation of machine tool wire is made of PVC mixture. (Color can be customized).

This machine tool cable is applicable for a wide range of installation methods, such as indoor, outdoor, in pipe, in cable tray, overhead and direct burial.

Description
MTW stands for machine tool wire. MTW cables produced by ANYET KABLE are thermoplastic type flexible wires that meet UL (MTW) certification. These cables are the Type MTW 600 V wire as specified in ANSI/NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) and NFPA 79 (Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery). The finished MTW cable is flame retardant and is suitable to be used at 90°C (194°F) and lower temperatures in dry locations, and at 60°C (140°F) and lower temperatures in exposure to moisture, oil or coolant (cutting oil and the like). These machine tool wires pass UL/ CUL/CSA certifications.

Main Products
MTW cables made by ANYET KABLE can be divided into single-conductor cables and multi-conductor cables.
1. Single-conductor machine tool wire has two structure types: all PVC-insulated structure and PVC insulated structure with a nylon jacket. Single-conductor machine tool wires are labeled in sizes 22 AWG to 1000 kcmil. Conductor is made of stranded copper.
2. Multi-conductor MTW cables are coated with PVC jacket.
Machine tool wires employing 16-10 AWG conductors which are stranded for flexibility are marked “Flexing” or “Class K” on the surface. This marking is also optional for smaller conductors.
