THHN/THWN Nylon Cable

Description
THHN/THWN series nylon jacket cable is a type of machine tool wire. This cable is usually installed in pipeline. It can be applied to any 600V machine tool equipment, home appliances and various control systems. This nylon jacket cable is suitable for a wide range of installation methods, such as outdoor, indoors, in pipeline, in cable tray, overhead, and direct burial. THHN/THWN series machine tool wire can also be used in hazardous environments of NEC Level I, Level II and Class Two. It is not recommended to directly connect this cable to DC circuit in humid environment. The product complies with UL (MTW) ​​certification. This wire is applicable to machine tool industry. This machine tool wire also meets UL 83 and UL1581 standards.

Main Components
1. Conductor of this machine tool wire is made of solid or stranded fine bare copper wire of 14-2/0AWG. The conductor complies with ASTM-B3/B8 standard.
2. Insulation meets UL1581 standards. It is made of flame retardant PVC with high dielectric strength (color can be customized).
3. Machine tool wire with three cores or more is added with fillings. Nylon ripcord is added to the inner side of outer jacket.
4. Outer jacket is made of sun-resistant and gas-proof PVC to meet UL 1277 standards (colors can be customized).
