UL20233 PUR Multi Core Cable

Description
UL20233 series multi core PUR cable is applicable to the automated manufacturing process which has high requirements on cable flexibility. This multi core cable is also an ideal wire for towline. Special structure design is adopted in producing this PUR cable. It is more suitable to be installed in mobile mechanical parts or high-speed machine tools. The flexible cable is applicable for all areas that require frequent movement, such as mechanical industry, robotics and all high-speed movable machine parts.

Features
1. This multi core cable features high mechanical strength and excellent electrical performance. The cable can be installed and used in tougher conditions.
2. Outer sheath of PUR cable is particularly strong and resists tear, abrasion and oil. It is not adhesive.
3. This product is also resistant to microbe, hydrolysis, oxidation and ozone.
4. There are no hazardous substances in this PUR cable. It complies with RoHS directive.
5. This multi core cable gets UL and CSA approvals. This product can therefore be used in North American market.
6. UL20233 series PUR cable is designed with the ability to be bended about 5 million times in towline system.

Main Components
1. Conductor is made of multi-strand fine bare copper bundle or tinned copper wire.
2. The tensile insulation in this PUR cable is made of special PE, PVC or SR-PVC mixtures (color can be customized).

4. Cores in the PUR cable are shielded with 100% coverage Aluminum foil mylar tape or plastic film. An inner sheath and added in the shielding.
5. Tinned copper braid shield has a coverage rate of 85%.
6. Outer sheath is made of wear and oil resistant PUR-based mixture.
