UL20234 PUR Multi Core Cable

Description
UL20234 series PUR multi core cable features a special structure design. This cable is more suitable for moving mechanical parts or high-speed machine tools. The flexible cable is applicable for all fields where frequent movement occurs, such as mechanical industry, robotics and all high-speed movable machine parts. Outer sheath of this multi core cable is particularly strong and it resists abrasion, tear and oil.

Features

2. This multi core cable is not adhesive. It resists microbial, hydrolysis, oxidation and ozone.

Components
1. Multi-strand bare copper wire or tinned copper wire is used as conductor.
2. Tensile cores insulation is made of special PE, PVC or SR-PVC mixture (color can be customized).
3. Cores are twisted together.
4. The wear-resistant and oil-resistant outer sheath of PUR-based mixture.
5. 100% coverage foil shield or 85% coverage tinned copper braid is used as shielding.
