CY-OZ/JZ Shielded Control Cable
Description
CY-OZ/JZ (OB/JB) series shielded control cable can be installed on any electric system in dry or wet room, especially in the occasions with high demand of preventing electromagnetic interference and oils in industrial environments. This shielded cable is suitable for installations in continuous reciprocating motions. This type of shielded control cable is also suitable to be applied to complete set of equipment under medium mechanical stress, complete set of equipment installation projects, machine tools, conveyor system, and production line.
Properties of Shielded Control Cable
1. Diameter of this cable is minimized to save room for installation.
2. This shielded cable meets the stringent requirements on electrical and mechanical performance.
3. This product can excellently resist to acid, alkali and grease at room temperature.
4. There are no hazardous substances in this shielded control cable. The cable meets requirements of RoHS directive.
5. We manufacture this type of shielded cable under the low-voltage directive 73/23/EEC (CE marking directive) and CE / TUV / VDE standards.
6. There are two types of signs on the cores of the shielded control cable cores. ‘OZ’ stands for green / yellow protective conductor; while ‘JZ’ stands for green / yellow protective conductor (other wire cores can be identified by color or digital coding)
Main Components of CY-OZ/JZ (OB/JB) Series Shielded Control Cable
1. Conductor is made of fine copper wire strands (Class 5). The conductor meets the VDE0295/IEC228 standard.
2. Insulation of this control cable is made of special PVC mixture.
3. Cores are black with white numbers. The color coding accords with VDE0293-308 new color codes (colors can be customized).
4. This shielded control cable is covered by PET film.
5. Tinned copper wires are braided into the shielding. The shielding has a coverage rate of 85%.
6. The jacket material is special PVC mixture. Its color is silver gray (RAL7001) (color can be customized).
