YCY-OZ/JZ Shielded Double Sheathed Control Cable
Description
YCY-OZ/JZ (OB/JB) series shielded double sheathed control cable is widely used in machining work, engineering equipment and assembly line. This shielded cable is suitable for installations in free movement in tensile loading conditions. It can be installed in dry or humid indoor environments. This type of control cable is shielded by copper layer. This electric cable therefore can be applied in measurement and control technology and interference-free data and signal transmission.
Main Components
1. Conductor is made of stranded fine copper wires (class 5). It meets the VDE0295/IEC60228 standard.
2. Insulation of the control cable is made of special PVC.
3. Cores of the double sheathed cable are twisted in layers.
4. Outer sheath is made of special PVC mixture. Its color is silver gray (RAL7001) (colors can be customized).
Features
1. The double sheathed control cable is manufactured with high braiding density, low transfer impedance in order to prevent creating pulse interference.
2. External interference is minimized in signal transmission.
3. This product has no hazardous substances. This control cable meets the RoHS directive.
4. The shielded cable is manufactured under the low-voltage directive 73/23/EEC (CE marking directive) and the product meets CE / TUV / VDE standards.
5. The ‘OZ’ sign on the cores stands for green / yellow protective conductor; while ‘JZ’ stands for green / yellow protective conductor (other wire cores can be identified by color or digital codes)
