Description
This product is a shielded cable used in indoor electrical installation in dry or wet environments. It is a good type of control cable with two sheaths. This cable can be particularly used the installation in discontinuous reciprocating motion which is not guided by stress. The shielded cable has transparent jacket. This control cable is widely applied in industrial machinery, complete sets of equipment installation project, power station, heating and air conditioning installation, machine tools, conveying systems, assembly lines, production lines, automation office equipment and other fields.

Main Components of the Shielded Cable
1. The shielded control cable’s conductor is made of stranded fine copper wire (class 5). It meets VDE0295/IEC60228 standard.
2. Insulation of the shielded cable is made of special PVC mixture.
3. Cores are black with white numbers. The color coding complies with VDE0293-308 new color codes (colors can be customized). Cores are twisted in layers.
4. Inner sheath is made of special PVC mixture
5. The copper shielding of this shielded cable is tinned. Its braiding coverage is 85%.
6. The transparent outer sheath is made of special TPVC mixture.

Properties of This Shielded Control Cable
1. Tinned copper wires are braided inside the transparent cable jacket. This shielded cable has an appealing look.
2. The high braiding density ensures a convenient cable laying work. At the same time the conductor of the shielded cable is well protected.
3. There are no hazardous substances in this control cable. The product meets RoHS directive.
4. This product complies with the regulations of low-voltage directive 73/23/EEC (CE marking directive) and meets CE / TUV / VDE standards.
5. ‘OZ’ means green / yellow protective conductor, while ‘JZ’ means green / yellow protective conductor (other wire cores can be identified by color or number coding)
