Interbus Cable
Description
This interbus cable is a type of data cable used in INTERBUS. INTERBUS is a sensor/actuator bus. It is an economic solution to network sensors and motion units in standard automatic equipment. The standard transmission medium (cable) of INTERBUS is composed of cores which are twisted together. This INTERBUS system has replaced the expensive parallel cable systems in original low-level automation technology. The long-distance interbus cable connects all INTERBUS components.
Components
1. Conductor is made of fine copper wires (class 6). It meets VDE0295/IEC228 standard.
2. Insulation in the interbus cable is made of special PE mixture. It has good mechanical properties.
3. Cores of this data cable are twisted in pair and are coated by fabric belt or PET tape.
4. Sheaths are braided of tinned copper wire of high bending resistance. Its coverage is 85%.
5. Interbus cable jacket is made of special PVC mixture. Its color is normally purple.

1. Outer diameter of the data cable is minimized to save space for installation.
2. This interbus cable can excellently resist oil, chemicals and abrasion.
3. The high-density shield ensures non-interference signal and pulse transmission.
4. This product contains no hazardous substance and complies with RoHS directive.
5. This interbus cable meets EEC 73/23 and CE/TUV/VDE standards.
