LIYCY Shielded Data Transmission Cable
Description
LIYCY series shielded data transmission cable can be used as connecting cable. It is widely applied in electronic instruments which need smaller cable diameters and need shield. For example, this shielded data cable can be used in installations of computer systems, electronic control equipment, office automation equipment, and measuring equipment. This data transmission cable is very flexible. It can move feely without stress or move under forces in installation in dry and wet indoor environments. This shielded data cable is not suitable for installations in outdoor environment.
Features
1. Shielded data transmission cable has great flexibility and can excellently resist oil and chemicals.
2. The high-density shield ensures free signal and pulse transmission and prevents interference.
3. This data transmission cable is designed with small diameter to save space for installation.
4. No hazardous substances are adopted in this data cable. The cable production complies with RoHS directive.
5. Data transmission cable is manufactured according to the 73/23/EEC (Low voltage) and the cable quality meets CE / TUV / VDE standards.
Main Components
1. Conductor of the data transmission cable is made of stranded fine copper wires (class 5). It meets VDE0295/IEC60228 standard.
2. Insulation material is special PVC mixture.
3. Cores color coding complies with DIN47100 standards (colors of cores can be customized)
4. A plastic film coats the overall cores inside the data transmission cable.
5. Coverage of the tinned copper braided shielding is 85%.
6. Outer sheath is made of special PVC mixture. Its color is gray (RAL7032) (color can be customized)
