NM-B/NMD-90 Series Building Cable with UL/CUL Certification

Description
NM-B/NMD-90 series building cable is usually used on shunts in buildings houses, sockets, switches and other electrical loads. Operating voltage for this nylon insulated cable is 600 V and rated operating temperature is 90 °C. This building cable can be used in both dry and wet environments. The building wire not only meets the AWM (equipment wiring material) specifications, but also passes the UL MTW (machine tool wire) certification. This product can be applied to machine tools industry. The building cable also meets UL 83 and UL719 standards.

Components
1. Conductor is made of solid or multi-strand fine bare copper wires in the size of 14-2/0 AWG. The conductor meets ASTM-B3/B8 standard.
2. Cores of the building cable are insulated by PVC material. The insulating sheath is made of transparent nylon
3. The building wire’s ground wire meets ASTM-B3/B8 standard. The ground wire is covered by release paper and it is arranged between insulating conductors.
4. Cores are arranged in parallel or stranded to form a cylindrical shape.
5. Cable jacket is made of special heat-resistant thermoplastic (colors can be customized).

Properties
1. This building cable has a much better performance than the normal BV, BV-90 and BVVB cables which have single PVC insulation.
2. The building wire has high quality insulation and beautiful appearance.
3. This product features excellent thermal stability, self-lubricating ability, mechanical strength, surface hardness, bending strength and impact strength. It can also well resist cold, abrasion, chemicals, gasoline, and oil.
4. Surface of building cable is bright and smooth. It makes the cable easy to be laid in pipe.
5. The product passes UL-MTW and CSA certifications. This type of building cable can also be used in South American markets.
